Subsidiary Undertakings

The Group's ultimate Parent Company is Halfords Group plc. A listing of all principal trading subsidiary undertakings is shown within the financial statements of the Company, Company Balance Sheet, Reconciliation of Movements in Total Shareholders’ Funds, Company Accounting Policies and Notes to the Company Financial Statements.

Transactions with Key Management Personnel

The key management personnel of the Group comprise the Executive and Non-Executive Directors and the Halfords Limited and Halfords Autocentres management Boards. The details of the remuneration, long-term incentive plans, shareholdings and share option entitlements of individual Directors are included in the Directors' Remuneration Report. Key management compensation is disclosed in note 4.

Directors of the Company control 0.18% of the ordinary shares of the Company.
